I get it, life isn't the best sometimes. But know what? It's FINE. Everything is assuredly, absolutely, utterly fine! Sometimes things are so fine, in fact, that you might just need a break.

Whenever you need a respite from your perfectly fine life, take a minute, grab your composure and a d6, and roll for the break you need. It'll only take a moment. This is Fine. And you will be too.
