It's Dangerous to Go...But Let's Go Anyway! puts you in the shoes of a character living their best life in a small, island community of friends and lovely people, who suddenly must go out into the "real world" for... reasons. Are you wanting fast food, but all of the delivery sailors are on strike? Did a magic ring wash up ashore, and while you worried it was evil, it specifically TOLD YOU that it's not evil, so you wanna go find even more magical bling-bling? Let's do this thing!

Players, along with an AG (Adventure Guide, my own jazzy term for "Dungeon Master"), will embark on an adventure together, trying to complete their objective and learning about themselves and each other along the way. You'll all have to work together, encouraging each other, putting your strengths to good use while turning your negative traits into positives if you want to succeed. But don't worry! This is a chill, laid-back game where death is impossible and limits pre-game are set in stone.

It's Dangerous to Go...But Let's Go Anyway! uses the 3d6D system created by Laura/Munchie of Lucky Newt Games. You can learn more about it and discover other games that use the system here!

This is a fantastic game -- funny, cozy, inclusive, and plain fun, like a conversation with a great friend. You'll definitely want to try this one out!

Hurray!!! You rock 🙌

There's so much good humor woven throughout this game that I was smiling the entire time. The use of the third die is imaginative and the prompts are a lot of fun. The tone of the writing manages to come across as a natural conversation without resorting to any poor grammar (something tricky to pull off) and the color and formatting perfectly match the vibe of the game.
