I put 12 Word RPG Collection: Uplifting on sale for free as it was created for a jam, and figured I'd run a special: if the game received $50 in optional payments, the digital (downloadable) version would be free forever.

Within an hour of the end of the sale, someone paid over $30 for it, making the game reach its goal!!!! 🥳 So now it's free forever! We might, one day, created a physical version and that wouldn't be free of course, but the digital version always will be thanks to all of the people who paid for the game, even though they absolutely didn't have to.

It blows my mind how supportive people can be, and I'm delighted that I can just keep this game free now instead of charging for it! My favorite thing about making games is seeing others get to experience them, after all 🧡
