We all have bad days, days when we question whether we just suck at everything or if the world would be better without us. But a paper trail of your awesomeness might just fix that! Toss everything awesome you do —good deeds, accomplishments, etc— into a container of some sort. Then, when you have a rough day, go through the stuff you wrote down and remember you have value*!

*value is not required whatsoever to be happy or to validate one's existence. I just know, for me, feeling worthless is the quickest way to depression.
