Regard With Esteem Zine

This is an 8-page pocket-sized zine that you carry with you to write down compliments (and if you choose, criticisms) that you receive. There are journaling prompts to help you process and hopefully lead to healthier thoughts on taking a compliment or dealing with negativity.

This game was created using a prompt from the Zine Idea Generator to "Make a pocket zine that is about your favorite quote. My favorite quote is: "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” -Eleanor Roosevelt
