The CDC recommends getting 150 minutes of cardio and 2 strength-training exercises in per week. But time is freaking weird, how are you supposed to keep track? With these cute pixel-art cards, of course!

Each card has two objects made up of a total of 30 squares, and each square represents 5 minutes. As you exercise, fill in or mark off the squares, writing any leftover minutes in another box. Once you fill all the boxes, your 150 minutes is complete!

In the center of each card are two additional objects. Every day that you do at least 10 minutes of strength training, mark one off.

Finish the whole card each week to work toward a fit, healthy body! 🥳

Files

There are three double-sided business cards, each with a different theme. You can see all of them to the right. :D The fronts hold the instructions, the backs are the artwork and what you fill in.

The files for the game include 5 print methods, just print the ones you want:

  • Mixed Fronts and Backs: One sheet with all 3 fronts and 9 copies of the backs beneath them
  • Mixed Backs: One sheet with 4 of each of the backs
  • Double-Sided Prints: one sheet for each with 12 fronts, and one sheet for each with 12 backs
  • Folds: 6 each of the fronts and back, printed so you can cut and then fold the backs behind the fronts
  • Front + Backs: 11 backs + 1 front of each
