B.Y.O.Doodles

Bring Your Own Doodles is a little zine of lines and patterns that you can practice zentangle doodling in. I made this for me, to encourage myself to try, and I am sharing it for others who want to just no-pressure scribble up some pages. Zentangle is a type of sketching where you use structured patterns to create little tiles that you can make bigger mosaics out of. I used different lines, circles, arches and simple structures to fill in on the zine as an easy way to practice getting comfortable with doodling and shading.

This 8-page pocket-sized zine was written for the #minizinejuly24 challenge from Blancisthecreative on instagram. The prompt for July 31st is Doodles!  "Keep it simple with a mini zine featuring a bunch of your doodles."
